I have had the opportunity to work with Precision once before with a garage door issue. They came out and did a great job. Today was no different. John came out today and fixed my issue. I found him to be curteous and informative. Would definitely use in the future. Thank you

We had a great experience with John from Precision door! A spring broke on our garage door and we couldn’t get the cars out. It was 4:30pm. I went on the website and there was availability at 6:00 pm that same day! John came out, explained all of the options and completed the work. He was friendly and very capable. Precision Garage Door has been out to service my garage a few times since we bought our house 3 years ago, They answer their phones 24/7 and seem to always have times available to come out. I had a problem today (Sunday), I thought I would have to schedule an appointment in the coming days but came to find out that they had availability today. Anthony (great guy) came out and got me operational again. I couldn't be happier. The other thing to mention, Precision has company employees that drive logo'd trucks. I've had other company's do repairs and they are less professional, they drive their own personal cars and look sketch. Precision is a step above. Thanks

Zoran called when he was 20 minutes out, arrived promptly, diagnosed and corrected the issue, gave me some helpful tips and was also very pleasant. However, the day before, the service center told me that a technician would call me to try to resolve the issue but I received no such call. Since it was a simple alignment issue, it may have prevented a service call.
