Jim, Actually a little disappointed in this experience. $215 to put some rollers in the door and not fix it is ridiculous when the problem was the drive gear: which had a broken tooth. Paul was very nice and helpful It turned out that my garage door had ice underneath it and that was causing it to have trouble opening. I managed to get it open, but he told me what the problem was .Paul checked everything and sprayed something to keep it from sticking, he even shoveled some of the snow by it. He told me to call and ask from him if I had any problems

My garage door (electric) would not open. I called Precision and talked to a pleasant girl who answered. She said someone could come the next morning. I am so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Paul the technician that came to fix my door! We needed emergency repair when one of the door springs snapped late Friday afternoon. Our usual company no longer did 24-hour service and couldn’t come out for three days. I was searching for a company to fix my broken springs on my garage door. There's a local one by my house that has nothing but terrible reviews. I saw Precision Door was highly recommended so I gave them a call. They scheduled me an appointment for the next day! They even arrived early! The technician Paul was friends and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Another thing they do is send you a picture of the person coming to your house. That was pretty cool. Fantastic work!
